Account & Registration
Visit the Register page, enter your Pakistani mobile number, choose a username and set a password. You will receive a one-time SMS code to verify your number — enter it to activate your account. The whole process takes around two to three minutes on a normal mobile connection. There are no registration fees and no documents required to get started.
No. Each player is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and can result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances voided. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset option or contact our support team — there is no need to create a new account.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Milvin platform. This is confirmed during registration. If we have reason to believe an account belongs to someone under 18, it will be suspended immediately and any balance held pending review.
Use the "Forgot Password" option on the Login page. Enter your registered mobile number and an SMS reset code will be sent to that number. Enter the code and set a new password. If you no longer have access to the registered mobile number, contact support with your account details and they will guide you through an alternative identity verification process.
Account restrictions are usually triggered automatically when our security system detects unusual activity, such as repeated failed login attempts or logins from multiple unfamiliar locations. Deposits
Milvin supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit cards and other mobile wallets available in Pakistan. All deposits are processed in PKR — no currency conversion is required and there are no hidden conversion fees on your end.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your Milvin balance within a few minutes. Raast and bank transfers can take between a few minutes and up to two hours depending on your bank's processing speed. If a deposit has not appeared after two hours, contact support with the transaction reference number from your payment app and the team will investigate.
Yes, a minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed on the Deposit page at the time of your transaction. Minimum amounts may vary slightly between payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the platform, though your individual bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own daily transfer limits.
Milvin does not charge any fees on deposits. The full PKR amount you send is credited to your gaming balance. Note that some mobile wallet providers charge a small transaction fee on their end — this is outside Milvin's control and will be shown in your payment app before you confirm the transfer.
Withdrawals
Log in to your account, go to the withdrawal section in your account dashboard, select your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawals are sent to the same PKR account or wallet you use for deposits. Make sure your payment details are up to date before submitting a withdrawal request.
Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours of the request being submitted. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. During peak periods or if additional verification is required, processing can occasionally take longer. You will receive a notification once your withdrawal has been sent.
Common reasons for a delayed or declined withdrawal include: an incomplete account profile, an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements, a mismatch between your registered details and your payment account name, or a withdrawal amount below the minimum threshold. No. Milvin support staff will never ask for your password, one-time verification code or full payment credentials — over live chat, SMS, WhatsApp or any other channel. If you receive any such request claiming to be from Milvin, do not respond or share any details, and report it to the genuine support team immediately through the official platform.
An unexpected OTP means someone attempted to log in to your account. Do not share the code with anyone. Go to the Login page immediately and use the password reset option to change your password. Once your password is updated, the unauthorised login attempt will fail. Contact support to flag the incident so it is noted on your account.
